APNH offers various alternative therapy services to our clients living with HIV/AIDS with permission from their primary medical provider including:

• Massage therapy
• Acupressure
• Acupuncture
• Reiki
• Yoga
• Self-care classes
• Spiritual Self-Schema

Spiritual Self-Schema development program helps individuals discover their own Spiritual path that lead to compassion for self and others and releave from suffering. To make their unique Spiritual path increasingly accessible in thier daily lives. to use thier Spiritual path to cope with adversity and to change behaviors that cause harm to self and others.

The 3-S program is a 12 week program that will consist of a one hour individual counseling session each week, and a group therapy session each week.

Together Through Touch is a monthly walk-in massage therapy program for people living with HIV/AIDS. Together Through Touch services are offered the third Monday of each month from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm:
